Appointment Policy:  

We work by appointment only, as this allows us to spend the appropriate time with your important family member.

Patient Arrival Policy:  

We want you and your pet to enjoy your visit and feel at home.  We try our best to spread out appointments to allow your pet to roam and take it all in.

However, our lawyer friends make us put this in as law requires:  For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
