Dr. Michael Aronsohn

    Dr. Michael Aronsohn, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) School of Veterinary Medicine, and he also completed his surgical residency at Penn.  Dr. Aronsohn spent time at Tufts University as a clinical assistant professor of surgery from 1981 to 1990, and was chairman within the department of surgery at Angel Memorial Hospital in Boston for 5 years.

Dr. Aronsohn has authored over twenty-five journal articles, contributed to numerous textbooks and has lectured around the country and even in Peru.  He received the Helen Woodward Award at Angel Memorial Hospital presented to a staff member who contributed most to animal welfare.  Dr. Aronsohn is the newest addition to our staff, and we are extremely pleased to have him, his skills, and his shared enthusiasm for compassionate advanced care.
